Because our orders move rapidly into fulfillment to ensure fast delivery of your fashion pieces, modification requests are extremely time-sensitive.
01. Cancellation Eligibility
Please use the guide below to check if your order can be canceled based on its current status:

02. Order Change Requests
Before shipment processing begins, you may request changes to:
- Shipping address corrections
- Name or contact info updates
- Product size or color adjustments
Note: Once an order has entered shipment preparation, modifications are no longer possible.
03. Refund for Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days, while financial institutions may take up to 12 business days to post the funds.
